Manaltheeram offers a variety of therapeutic packages for all seasons including the monsoon, which, according to Ayurvedic system, is the most appropriate season for thorough medical care. A menu consisting of 250 vegetarian dishes made from an assortment of vegetables, raw salads and fruit juices are available. The purification leaves no room for your system to fail.

Have just returned from Manalthreeram what a wonderful place, exactly what I was looking for,the Auruveda treatments were fantastic. The food the people the accommodation, just wonderful and as for the location..Paradise. I would like to go back maybe in Feb, for a 3 week programme.
