Fairmont Mayakoba’s address is Carretera Federal Cancun – Playa del Carmen, Km. 298, 77710 Puerto Morelos, Mexico. It is about 45 minutes drive from Cancun International Airport and 15 minutes from Playa del Carmen. The resort is located next to the El Camaleon 18-hole golf course.

Fairmont View Rooms have the same size as the Fairmont Rooms, but offer more wonderful resort views and are situated at the Bamboo Building’s premium locations. One King and 2 Queen beds can fit into these rooms.
Deluxe Casita Rooms
Deluxe Casita Rooms are sized 43 -47 sq. m. and offer Tropical Forest Views. These rooms are positioned all throughout the tropical forest of the resort.
Signature Casita Suites
Signature Casita Suites are 85- 93 sq. m. in size and provide Lagoon and Water Canal Views. It can accommodate 1 King size bed and 2 Queen size beds.
Beach Area Casita Suites
Beach Area Casita Suites are 103 sq. m. in size and offer Mangrove, Water Canals and Mangrove Views from the bedroom. They have infinity pools on the roof terrace, which also provides Sea and Water Canals Views. Butler services will enhance your experience.
Ocean Front Casita Suites
Ocean Front Casita Suites are 89 sq. m. and provide Ocean View. These suites have private stairways that will lead you to the beach.
La Tortuga
La Tortuga is like a residence in its 198 sq. m. size and offers the view of the Lagoon and the Water Canals. It is situated near the main pool, in its own island. It can be connected to 2 Signature Casitas to turn it into 3 bedroom suite.
El Camaleon
El Camaleon is 205 sq. m. and also offers the same features as the La Tortuga, and can be converted into a 3-bedroom suite when combined with Ocean Front Casita.
Fairmont Rooms
Fairmont Rooms are sized 41 – 45 sq. m. and can accommodate 1 King size bed and 2 Queen size beds. These rooms offer Jungle View.
